Milwood Preschool (established in 1989) is a two day a week program that serves toddlers, two, three, and four year olds on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school year. Our purpose is to teach children’s minds academically, train children’s hearts spiritually, and to touch families with the love of Christ. We follow a Bible-based curriculum that incorporates academic subject areas. Teachers provide an environment where children are encouraged to grow and explore socially, emotionally, physically, and academically. Milwood Preschool provides children a positive and loving first learning experience as well as a an introduction to the Bible (Who is God? Who is Jesus? What did Jesus do in his life? What is God still doing today? How do we pray? How can we be like Jesus? What is the Gospel?)

All teachers and staff are CPR and First Aid Certified, required to pass a background check, and required to complete and pass a Sexual Abuse Awareness for Daycare training through MinstrySafe. The health, safety, and well-being of every child in our program is of the utmost importance to us at Milwood Preschool.
