Every generation of the church faces the same crisis: who will lead the next generation? To ensure the church continues from generation to generation Paul instructed Timothy to entrust the gospel and the ministry to the next generation. He charged Timothy, “...what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also” (2 Tim 2:1-2). Paul’s idea was an ever-reproducing discipleship of leadership. Milwood Baptist Leadership Training will equip men for faithful service and leadership in the home and the church. The scope of training will include doctrine, history, family, pastoral ministry, deacon ministry, evangelism, and more.
