Internships may be as short as one school semester or as long as two years. This depends on the needs and availability of the intern.
Every intern’s needs will be different. If we are able to provide housing with a family in the church or otherwise, we will. But housing provision is not promised.
The internship stipend is not intended to be a living wage. We plan to take into consideration the need of an intern to be employed outside of Milwood depending on his needs. Options may include other family income support, raising funds from home church, and potentially may include state association support.
Weekly intern meetings will be held with our full-time staff.

Yes, we encourage married couples and families with children. Needs of young couples and families vary so there are various matters to consider. Some matters may depend on resources available. We certainly do not recommend couples or families to live separately during the internship. Anyone is welcome to contact us to discuss these matters. Email email@example.com for questions about this.
